Richard (Dick) Lent and his lovely wife Carol enjoy the beauty of the Finger Lakes in the summer months and Myrtle Beach South Carolina during the winter months.
Dick has an extensive military background as a Retired United States Army Colonel. A Gulf War Veteran he also served 40 years in the United States Army Reserves.
With a Master's Degree in Education, Dick was a beloved Penn Yan Elementary School Principal for many years and although retired, he continues to serve the community with his many volunteer activities.
Dick has served Clinton Crest Manor since 2017 as a member of the board of directors.
Lauren was born and raised in Penn Yan, N.Y. She has been married to Alan "Herbie" Snyder for 48 years. They have two daughters, Jennie and Bethany, both of whom live in Penn Yan. Lauren is a graduate of Penn Yan Academy, the University of Buffalo (RN, BSN) and SUNY Brockport (MPA). She was employed at Yates County Public Health for 33 years, 28 years as Director. Following retirement from Public Health, Lauren worked for 6 years as Part-time Coordinator for the S2AY Rural Health Network on a Neighborhood Health Status Improvement project in Dundee. Now, in full retirement, Lauren enjoys volunteering for a variety of organizations that serve the Yates County community. Lauren has served as a member of Clinton Crest Manor's Board of Directors since 2016.
Jennifer grew up on a farm in Yates County. She graduated from Dundee Central School and St. Lawrence University. She worked over 25 years as office manager in the automobile industry and is now enjoying retirement.
Jennifer has one daughter, who is a physical education teacher for Fayetteville/Manlius School.
Jennifer's husband builds hot rods so they enjoy going to car events, going for rides in their 1940 Ford pick up, and visiting local wineries.
Jennifer's father, Llyod Peelle, was a resident of the Penn Yan Manor Nursing Home for over four years.
Virginia (Ginny) returned to her hometown of Penn Yan in 2013 to fulfill a dream of sharing the beauty of Keuka Lake with others. She has accomplished that by starting and operating Steamboat Castle Bed & Breakfast, located on Keuka Lake. After graduating from Penn Yan Academy and Susquehanna University, she pursued a career in accounting at Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia and then onto Prudential Financial. In her 26 years at Prudential Financial, she had a number of various careers and assignment locations - her last, prior to retirement, was Vice President of Strategic Planning for their Life Insurance business, located in New Jersey.
Harriet Martin is a happily retired senior. A graduate of Dundee Central School and Marion S. Whelan School of Practical Nursing, she worked for Geneva General Hospital prior to starting her family and residing in Seneca Falls for many years. Her son Rob and family live in Lusaka, Zambia where he and his wife are teachers. Her daughter Amy and family live in Oceanside, NY. She was the office manager for Dr. Joseph Perillo, a podiatrist in Geneva, until retirement. When not working on her 1930’s craftsman home (which is much of the time!), she enjoys her family, friends, gardening and walking her dog, Luna.
Deena Conley is the Administrator of Clinton Crest Manor. She received her Associate in Science in Human Services and Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from Empire State College. She also completed the Certificate Program in Gerontology at St. John Fisher College.
She has been at Clinton Crest Manor since 1995. She has been the Administrator since 2004. Deena currently resides in Penn Yan with her husband Terry and her son, Josh. She is an avid animal lover. Her free time is spent with her family and friends.
Heidi Wilber is the Assistant Administrator of Clinton Crest Manor. She has been at Clinton Crest Manor since 2003. She has been Assistant Administrator since 2005. Heidi resides in Hall with her husband Andrew and their two cats Samantha and CeCe. She spends her free time hiking, reading, drawing and spending time with her family.
